  • Order: The products (physical or electronic) purchased by the customer from the store.
  • Order Status – Pending Review: The time between order confirmation and dispatch.
  • Order Status – Fulfilled: Indicates that the order has been successfully shipped.

3. Store Usage Policy

  1. By purchasing any item from Raqamyati, you automatically agree to all terms outlined on this page.
  2. Customers under 18 years of age must obtain parental or guardian consent before purchasing.
  3. Our store sells physical gaming peripherals and gear shipped from third-party suppliers via dropshipping.
  4. All sales are final. Products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped unless defective.
  5. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review product descriptions and compatibility before placing an order.
  6. Once an item is shipped, Raqamyati is not liable for misuse, damage, or delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.
  7. Raqamyati is not responsible for incorrect information entered by the customer during checkout.
  8. In the case of defective or damaged products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate support or resolution.
  9. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
  10. Processing of support issues may take 24–96 business hours depending on the supplier’s response.
  11. Raqamyati is not liable for supplier-side delays, customs holds, or import issues.
  12. Orders flagged as suspicious may be canceled at our discretion, and payments refunded without obligation to provide a reason.
  13. The customer is solely responsible for maintaining their account credentials. All actions taken using a registered account are considered authorized by the account holder.
  14. Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  15. In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., undelivered or canceled items), processing may take 3–5 business days.
  16. Once an order is marked as fulfilled, it is considered final and no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

4. Communication & Marketing

By registering as a customer, you agree to receive communication from Raqamyati via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram for purposes such as order updates, support, promotions, and announcements. You may opt-out of marketing messages at any time.


5. Product Reviews
