Q6: How do I request a return or refund?
A: Contact us within maximum of 3 days of receiving your order at Info@raqamyati.comwith your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem. We will review your request and respond within 2-4 business days
Q7: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellations must be requested within a maximum of 6 hours from the time the order is placed and before order processing begins.
If the cancellation request is approved within this time frame, only 60% of the total invoice amount will be refunded to cover processing and handling costs.
